Our Policies

 

Local Delivery
Local hand delivery is available in the cities of: Tiffin and Fostoria, all of Seneca county, Parts of Sandusky, Hancock and Wyandot counties. Most local orders received before 12:00 pm EST will be processed for delivery on that day, orders received after 12:00 p.m EST will be processed for delivery the following business day.

Local deliveries are made between the hours of 8:30 am and 5:00 pm to residential addresses and 8 am to 4:00 pm to commercial businesses and Hospitals. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Week – end and rush deliveries are available with an added charge. A nominal delivery fee is charged on all local deliveries. A phone number is required on all local delivered orders.

Shipping
Internet orders received before 12:00 pm EST will be processed and shipped that day, with the exception of holiday orders which may take  1 -2 business days before your gift is shipped .
All gifts are shipped Monday - Friday. We do not ship on week-ends or national holidays.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS (when necessary).  USPS Priority Mail will arrive in 2 -3 business days from the date that it is shipped, for UPS ground servies please see map for approximate arrive time. We do not guarantee arrival dates or times. All internet orders will recieve an e-mailed tracking / confermation number that  will enable you to check the status of your order.

At this time we are unable to ship to Alaska & Hawaii nor do we ship internationally



Shipping to Hospitals / Businesses / Hotels:
Baskets &  Balloons by Deborah will not assume responsibility for gifts shipped to hospitals, businesses or hotels. Many times staff will not accept shipments if the patient has been discharged, a business recipient is unavailable or a hotel guest has checked out. Please be sure to check the availability of the recipient and notify someone that a perishable package is being delivered.


Order Cancellations
We strive to give excellent service and quick shipping. Therefore, we do not except cancellations.

Please check and confirm that all information given during ordering is complete and accurate.

A complete shipping address includes:
Recipient's first and last names
Company name (if applicable)
Street number and name
Floor, suite, or apartment number
Accurate Zip Code
Recipient's phone number
Claims and refunds to bad addresses will not be honored.

Damaged Shipments
Damage due to shipping will be replaced. We reserve the right to have the package inspected by the carrier company and or have the gift shipped back to us for inspection. The gift must be intact and not have been opened or tampered with to receive a replacement.

Substitutions
We reserve the right to replace any products with one of equal or greater value. Please be assured that if we need to replace products or baskets that it will be done so in a manner that the gift basket and/or its contents will suit the occasion that you are sending it for.

We respect your privacy. All payment information given to us is kept strictly confidential. We do not sell, trade, or share any of the information you provide us with.
